When I met Beth, my life and my family had just literally “blown up.” I was an anxiety ridden mess, trying to control everything and everyone in my life; feeling if I could just gain “control” life might become sane again. I soon learned nothing could be further from the truth. In seeking God in the mess, He led me to a small group that Beth was leading; it was exactly where I needed to be. Over the course of many months, Beth consistently led each of us to go to God, go to His word, trust His word, trust His promises, and rest in that trust. Beth also showed us, as we earnestly sought God, He will be found and He will lead us on the path He has for us, not the path the world and those within our sphere of influence have for us. God has used Beth in my life to help me understand how to give up control to God and in giving up that control, God has given me a life that is becoming anxiety free and filled with purpose, His purpose. For that I am grateful.

When I first met Beth, I knew right away that her mentorship would deeply change my life. I have never trusted women well, as I have been burned a few times, especially in the church. I could not help but be drawn however, to her obvious love and reverence for Jesus, her story of how He had changed her life, and the reconciliation she had seen due to her surrender to Him. I needed that same reconciliation, in my own life. When we met, I was newly separated from my now divorced husband, and I was in the middle of a ferocious battle in the courts with my former ex-husband for my three older kids. You could definitely say my life was completely unmanageable. I had been part of recovery groups before, but never had a woman come alongside me in my brokenness. Beth did not offer to fix everything. She did not promise everything would be perfect someday. She did not baby me when I struggled to lay down my control or my struggles. She simply sat with me and sometimes she just listened and other times she had hard words for me to hear, but she had earned my trust to say it, and I knew her heart behind anything she said, or didn’t say. I honestly do not know how I would have survived the following months with all the turmoil I faced, without her guidance and support. We have now known one another for two and a half years, and while I am no longer under her direct wing as I once was, I know I can call her up and she will make time for me. I know some people walk with us for a season, and relationships change, but I know her care for me and my family does not, and I’m proud to call her a fellow sister in Christ and friend.

Beth Neibert has played such a tremendous role in my healing journey and I am so grateful to have had her walk beside me. Beth truly and genuinely desires to see God’s best manifested for everyone and her heart is full of compassion.

Over the last 3 years, Beth has helped me to work through my hurts, hang-ups, and habits in order to begin restoration back to God’s original design for me. During this time, Beth has walked an extraordinary balance of grace and truth. She has shown me the love and mercy of Jesus but was also unafraid to have the hard discussions with me. Both have been key in my healing and were so necessary for personal growth and reflection.

Through her prophetic gifts and Holy Spirit discernment, Beth has helped to open my eyes to things I never knew about myself, to see myself as God sees me and has inspired an exploration of self and who God has called me to be.

One of the many things I love about her is her raw vulnerability and openness about her own healing journey. Not only did this allow me to gain great wisdom from her life experiences but it established a level of trust needed to open myself up and be willing to do the deeper work necessary for my spirit.
Beth is easily one of the most patient and understanding people I have ever met. It has been such a blessing to have this safe space to make mistakes and learn new things. I think that was such a key part of my healing. She always reminded me that I am a work in progress, and even mistakes are steps forward if you learn from them.

Having Beth as a mentor has been like having a nurturing soil. When you are a vulnerable and fragile seed, it is important that the soil you are planted in is a safe place as you begin to peel back your shell and begin growing. It is imperative that the soil is life-giving and encourages growth. It is important to have a soil that can soak up and pour out the metaphorical water that is the Holy Spirit. It is important to have soil that is patient with your growth until you are finally able to sprout out of the dark ground and blossom into the beauty and fullness God created you to be. That is what Beth Neibert has been to me.

Beth has been and still is an integral part of my recovery and life in general. I had done a lot of personal work prior to inviting Beth to be my mentor and fully expected working with her to simply be a repeat of all the work I’ve already done. However, in our first meeting together, I quickly realized she is someone I need and want on my support team. Beth is someone who actively challenges my way of thinking, she encourages me to dig deep; she gives me the safety I need, with her lack of judgements, to be honest with myself about my shortcomings. I’ve shared some of my deepest and darkest with Beth and have never felt like she was judging me or disappointed in me. I’ve always felt loved and supported. Now, when I discover challenging aspects of life or my past, I can’t wait to call Beth and process it. God has forever blessed me by placing her in my life.

Beth has been a mentor to me for several years. She has been alongside me through some of my darkest hours. When I couldn't see a way out, she was there showing me the love of our God. She is a wonderful listener, encourager, up-lifter, and prayer Warrior. I genuinely believe that God put her in my life to challenge me to grow deeper in my faith and heal for the better. Most recently we both attended Youth Camp as staff. I came to her after one of the nightly sermons and told her about my experience. She saw the enemy trying to hold me down and suppress my new gift of tongues. She started praying that my gift would fully be released and that is exactly what happened. I remember sitting there with her laughing and crying because of our overwhelming joy. I am so thankful to have her as a sister in Christ.

I started to get to know Beth about 6 years ago. I soon learned what a strong and courageous woman of God she is. She amazes me with her strength and energy. She lives and breathes the Lord and is an inspiration to me. That is why when I have been challenged with some tough situations, I have trusted Beth to listen and, more importantly, not judge me.

I grew up in a very dysfunctional family and realized early to hide what my family was about. Over the years I was hurt by people who I thought were friends ... each time I shared less and less of myself. After I became a Christian, I have slowly learned that God loved me even with all my faults and imperfections. Even though I know God loves me and I've learned to like myself, too, I am still careful with whom I share the deepest parts of me. I think it will always be a part of me, but I have found that Beth is one person I can share myself and not be afraid of judgement and can count on always receiving loving Godly care and advice. We haven't always agreed on everything, but Beth makes me feel heard and respected. I deeply appreciate her friendship and her opinion. I've learned a lot more about God and I truly appreciate this woman of God.

Before I met Beth, I wasn't what I would call a believer, I was more like a questioner. I questioned whether God really is, who the Bible says He is, whether Jesus really is who the Bible claimed He is. And, as a result, I questioned who I was. When I first met Beth, I was plagued with wrong thinking about who I was, about my worth, and basically about life. I had been prescribed antidepressants and suggested that I see a counselor by my doctor, so I started searching and was led to Beth. It took 8 months for me to have what I would call a breakthrough! There was a definite moment I heard God speak to me through something Beth had said, suggested, and offered up for my consideration. Through Beth's discipleship and coaching, I finally discovered the lies I had been believing about myself and where they came from and, instead, turned toward God and His truth. Since being sponsored by Beth, I have been off my antidepressants (with assistance and approval from my doctor), trusting God with my body, mind, and heart, and have not had a single episode of suicidal thoughts. I cannot fully express the gratitude I have that God lead me to Beth, but He did, and I am a much better, happier person because of it.

I first met Beth during lady’s prayer and a book study on listening to the Holy Spirit! Our conversations on the subject were meaningful and thought provoking. Beth has been a spiritual advisor and friend for a few years now. She helped guide me through a difficult personal season. Not being afraid to ask the hard questions and staying focused on forward progress is what I appreciate most about her. Beth is honest and upfront about her own personal and spiritual growth which makes her great at living out her passions. We spent many hours praying over my house, my children, and asking for wisdom. This was a much-needed example and experience for me in how to have faith over fear. She had a playful smile when I needed to lighten up and not be so serious and a kind hand to hold while I needed to cry. She encouraged me to find my own voice and to show my strength.
